Return Policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

• you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in one order and the goods are delivered together;

• you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last item, provided you ordered several goods in one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via email at support@asiremlondon.com.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and/or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

• for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or have a short expiration date;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon when concluding the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days later, and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was removed after delivery.
